We spend all day taking care of everyone else. Clients, lenders, title, the deal that almost fell apart at 9 PM. This is one evening where someone saves you a seat.

Agents from every brokerage, title, lending, inspectors, stagers, all of us. No pitch. No dues. Nobody recruiting anybody. Everyone orders and pays for her own food and drinks.
